INGREDIENTS

  • 40g fresh Basil
  • 80ml olive oil
  • 15g pine nuts
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 25g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt

PREPERATION

1 /  In a food processor, first puree the garlic and pine nuts.  Then add the basil and olive oil and puree again.

2  /  Mix in the parmesan and season with salt to taste.

3  / Serve over pasta, salad, fish, crostini, or whatever you like!
