How do you select your wines?

Each and every wine comes from vineyards that we visited. We got to know the winemaker, his/ her philosophy and tasted the wines. For more info on our wine selection process you can go to our about us page or check out the blogs and instagram.

What do I get in my box?

Your box comes with the 3 wines we handpick for you every month, the story of the winemaker and family and their wine making philosophy as well as tasting notes, food pairings, and sometimes also a little gift from us to you. 

Can I gift a box?

Absolutely, share the joy!! Purchasing a gift box on VYNO is easy.

  1. You select the box you want to gift here,
  2. Select the “This is a gift” check box,
  3. Fill in the recipients email address, then proceed to checkout
  4. Select a card here and fill in your personal message and recipients email address (used for their account creation)
  5. Your recipient uses their email address to login. Only thing they need to do is fill in their address and the box will be on its way…. 
Can I skip or pause my subscription for a month if I'm going on a holiday?

Go for it! You can do this by logging into your account and managing your subscription.

When will I get my box?

Your box will be delivered to the address that you specified within 2-5 working days (depending on where in Europe you live). If you are in high need of wine contact us and we will see what we can do for you.

Will I receive a delivery notification?
The moment the box is shipped you will receive an email from confirming shipment. DHL/UPS will also send an email to you containing the tracking information. You can then change delivery address or date if you want to.
How does payment work

When you purchase a subscription order you will be billed that initial day. Then you will be billed every month (or other selected frequency) on that same day, but you can always change to another one. Your box will be delivered within 5 business days after the charge. This gives us enough time to change addresses, update payment details etc. before the boxes leave our door.

Will my payment details be safe?

Absolutely! Our payments are processed securely through Mollie, which provide secure payment services and do not provide your details to anyone else.

What age do I need to be to purchase wines from VYNO?

You need to be the minimum legal drinking age in your country of residence. The minimum age may vary depending on where you live.
